Responsibilities

• Moderate and manage user interactions across various social platforms, ensuring adherence to community standards.
• Respond promptly and courteously to user inquiries and comments, fostering an engaging community atmosphere.
• Identify, report, and address inappropriate content while providing constructive feedback to improve moderation policies.
• Stay informed about social media trends and user preferences to enhance moderation strategies.
• Work closely with colleagues on shared goals and initiatives to boost social media engagement.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of social media content strategies and promotional activities.
• Analyze community metrics to evaluate and refine moderation tactics for better user experience.

• Fluency in Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and the Nordic language(s).
• Prior experience in social media moderation or relevant customer-facing roles preferred.
• Good understanding of various social media platforms and community engagement best practices.
• A self-starter who can work independently in a remote setting while also collaborating with a team.
• Critical thinking abilities and problem-solving skills to handle diverse challenges effectively.
• Familiarity with content management systems and moderation tools is a plus.
