Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to banking products and services in Nordic languages.
- Guide clients through account management, transactions, and various banking operations.
- Identify and resolve issues related to banking services while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Inform clients about banking policies, enhancements, and new service offerings.

- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and proficiency in English are mandatory.
