Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to banking products and services in Nordic languages.
• Guide clients through account management, transactions, and various banking operations.
• Identify and resolve issues related to banking services while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Inform clients about banking policies, enhancements, and new service offerings.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and proficiency in English are mandatory.
