Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding support to users of messaging platforms, effectively resolving their questions and technical issues.
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues and work proactively with development teams to resolve them.
• Compile detailed reports on support interactions and provide feedback to inform improvements in the service.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new clients, ensuring they can effectively utilize the platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform features based on user feedback.
• Maintain a focus on customer satisfaction by offering prompt and effective responses to inquiries.

• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in a customer support or technical support role, ideally within messaging or communication technology sectors.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer interactions.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with messaging platforms and mobile technologies is advantageous.
