Portuguese Speaking Client Representative - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to optimize customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with team members to share best practices and improve service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Assist clients through our services and support them during the onboarding process.
• Evaluate client needs and provide custom solutions to enhance their service experience.
• Engage in training programs to enhance your knowledge of our products and effective customer support techniques.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English is imperative.
• Experience in customer support or a similar client-facing role is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a remote setting.
• Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a significant advantage.
• A proactive attitude and a sincere desire to help clients are essential for success in this role.
