As a customer care specialist, you will be responsible for assisting our Portuguese-speaking clients, addressing their needs, and enhancing their overall experience with our company.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Provide knowledgeable support regarding products, services, and account management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by listening to concerns and providing effective resolutions.
• Accurately record customer interactions and feedback using the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Gather insights from customer interactions to help improve service quality.
• Remain updated on products and company policies to effectively assist customers.

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) and strong communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently while managing multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in documenting customer interactions accurately.
• Experience with CRM systems and customer support technologies is an advantage.
