Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding various fitness technology products.
• Effectively diagnose and resolve a range of technical issues related to fitness applications and wearables.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting procedures, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the solutions provided.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback and assist in driving product improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends in fitness technology to offer informed support and guidance.
• Conduct informative training sessions to help customers make the most of their fitness technology tools.

• Fluency in Dutch along with a strong command of English.
• Prior experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in the fitness or technology sector.
• A genuine passion for fitness and a solid understanding of fitness technologies, devices, and applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, focusing on providing a great customer experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively collaborating with team members.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
