Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to Portuguese-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to the search engine platform.
• Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Document all client interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
• Assist users with account setup, product features, and best practices.
• Collaborate with various teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Conduct training sessions and provide resources to educate users about the platform.

• Fluency in Portuguese and strong proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in IT support, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Familiarity with search engine technologies and platforms is a plus.
