Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a range of technical issues efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and tackle more complex problems.
• Remain informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance the support experience.
• Develop strong client relationships that foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.

• Fluency in French and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• A valid EU passport
• Prior experience in IT support or customer service is beneficial.
• Strong technical skills and a keen ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM software and general office applications.
• Able to work independently in a remote setting while managing time efficiently.
