This position involves providing dedicated support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries regarding electronic products and troubleshooting any issues they may face. Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional technical support to Portuguese-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and resolve issues related to electronic devices, providing clear and effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices to maximize their experience.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Stay updated on product changes and industry trends to deliver informed and relevant support.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Prior experience in electronics support, technical support, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying technical information for customers.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting processes and experience using CRM systems.
• Able to work effectively in a remote environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
