Responsibilities

• Deliver top-quality technical support to Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, guiding customers through effective solutions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.
• Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance their overall experience.
• Stay informed about the latest technology trends and product developments.

• Fluency in Swedish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in IT support or technical customer service is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic understanding of IT systems.
• Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks.
