French Speaking Rental Services Interaction Specialist - Remote in Greece

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a French Speaking Rental Services Interaction Specialist, working remotely from anywhere in Greece. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional support to our French-speaking customers in the car rental industry. Your main responsibilities will include assisting clients with their inquiries, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for French-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat communications.
• Assist customers with rental inquiries, such as vehicle options, pricing, and booking procedures.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and manage transactions accurately within our systems.
• Collaborate with the operations team to facilitate efficient service delivery and timely problem resolution.
• Remain informed about rental policies, services, and promotions to provide clients with accurate information.

• Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• A valid EU passport
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or car rental sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer engagement.
• Ability to effectively address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with flexibility for varied working hours.
