Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients through various communication channels, including email, phone, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, returns, exchanges, and specific product information.
• Promptly address and resolve customer complaints to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our support databases.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer service processes and overall service quality.
• Stay updated on product lines, promotions, and industry trends to better assist our customers.

• Fluency in French and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• A valid EU passport
• Experience in customer service, ideally within the fashion or e-commerce industries.
• Outstanding communication skills with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Proven ability to solve problems effectively and manage inquiries professionally.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing time and tasks in a remote setting.
