We're looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to maintain and enhance our Manufacturing Execution Systems in pharmaceutical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead MES operations and continuous improvement

• Provide technical support for MES applications

• Monitor and maintain system performance

• Manage user accounts and permissions

• Collaborate with IT, manufacturing, and QA teams

Experience:

• 10+ years in IT support within MES or manufacturing environments

• Familiarity with MES software solutions and ERP integration

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and database management (SQL)

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
