Our Ideal Candidate:  

The ideal candidate will possess experience and enjoy winning and maintaining customer relationships through strong customer interaction.  Candidates should have strong  communication skills, a demonstrated talent for learning and excelling in provided work flow processes, and will have had experience in the use of  electronic enterprise systems (sales, order, scheduling, customer service, and bookkeeping systems).  This position also requires the ability to internally support multiple work groups and teams within the company through independent decision and resolution skills.    

Responsibilities:

·        Manage daily customer call volume, securing booked appointments for our teams.

·        Support marketing initiatives through directed actions and metric tracking.

·        Provide direct support from office operations to all  internal and external teams.

·        Fulfill assigned bookkeeping entries in support of  business services.  

·        Be a force in motivating all teams to achieve organizational goals.

·        Utilize and maintain CRM systems for data management and client relations.

·        Multitask various responsibilities daily while completing required reporting.

·        Act as a problem solver, addressing issues as they arise and finding effective solutions.

 

Requirements:

·        Demonstrated experience in customer service and business-office-support to all teams.

·        Demonstrated ability for independent decisions and resolution skills in support of    customers and the company needs.

·        Experience in mastering and advancing work-flow processes.

·        Experience with electronic  CRM and other business systems.  Knowledge or use of     Service Titan, Slack, Microsoft Office, Google Documents and QuickBooks electronic systems are desired.

·        Occasional day-travel for training and support to other regional offices of the company.

·        Excellent multitasking skills.

·        Strong problem-solving abilities.

·        Excellent organizational and time management skills.

·        Excellent communication skills.

·        Supportive of all co-workers.

Standard Schedule: 

  • 8 hour shift  Monday to Friday
