Role Overview

As the Senior Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing the mission of a transformative fintech organization. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks, positioning you as a strategic partner who influences high-level projects, drives organizational excellence, and directly contributes to the company’s growth.

Your Impact:

  • Maximize the CEO’s effectiveness by managing priorities, streamlining operations, and fostering strategic partnerships.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring key deliverables align with the company’s long-term goals.
  • Represent the organization at events and with key stakeholders, reinforcing its innovative and mission-driven identity.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to execute high-impact projects, conducting market research and data analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Identify inefficiencies or gaps in the business and propose solutions to increase productivity.

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion, managing stakeholders and tracking progress.
  • Oversee special projects like product launches and events, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Calendar & Inbox Management

  • Manage scheduling and email triage with a focus on interpreting priorities and maximizing the CEO’s impact.
  • Prepare agendas, track follow-ups, and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Relationship Building & External Liaison

  • Build and manage relationships with key partners, investors, and advisors.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, coordinating the leadership team’s presence and networking opportunities.

Operational Oversight

  • Optimize internal processes, ensuring seamless information flow and knowledge sharing.
  • Track and forecast budgets for initiatives under your purview, balancing cost-effectiveness with quality outcomes.

Must-Have:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-impact role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and investors.
  • Expertise in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and task management platforms (e.g., Asana, Slack).
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in fintech or a startup environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • A background in managing both professional and personal commitments for executives.
