Brand Strategy is seeking an experienced and strategic Creative Operations Manager to support the efficient operation of our creative projects and workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative project management, leadership skills, and the ability to streamline processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. This role involves managing resources, budgets, timelines, and collaboration across various teams to ensure high-quality creative outputs that meet client objectives. This role will report to the Creative Operations Director.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring they align with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with creative directors, designers, video editors, and other team members to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
- Track project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Manage vendor relationships if external resources are required (production partners, ad vendors, etc)
- Manage quality control processes and version control for ad delivery. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork, innovation, and professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as Operations, Finance, and Human Resources, to streamline administrative tasks.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status, team performance, and operational improvements.

This position is for US-based personnel and is fully remote.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or a related role, preferably within a creative agency, marketing/advertising firm, or similar environment.
- Experience in resource allocation, budget management, and timeline forecasting.
- Proven experience leading and managing teams and projects with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Eagle-eyed attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Understanding of creative processes, from concept development to final production, or genuine eagerness to learn.
- Proficiency in project management software such as AirTable, Trello, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other design software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and remain calm under pressure
Salary Range:
The base salary range for this position will be $75,000-$95,000 annually, depending on a candidate’s experience and qualifications as it relates to the position.
