HCY Care Coordinator

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in Joplin, MO is looking for a HCY Care Coordinator!

Job Duties:

• Staffing and Scheduling.

• Interacting with client families and field staff
• Interviewing potential employees
• Matching caregivers to clients
• Troubleshooting problems and providing resolution
• Ability to handle a multi-line phone system
• Highly Organized & Detail Oriented
• Available to cover shifts and assist with admissions when needed

Experience Needed:

• Experience in working with special needs kids and their families.
• Scheduling and care coordination experience preferred.
• Staff management experience preferred.
• Past experience in a medical field preferred.
• Prior management experience preferred.
