Our property team members help our buildings thrive by focusing on execution and ensuring a great experience for both residents and guests. Our non-property team members support property execution and the evolution of other areas within our platform. They can enjoy remote-first work with the freedom to choose their location — as long as they have access to a workspace and reliable Wi-Fi. We believe collaboration is key, so our remote-first teams and property leaders have biannual in-person get-togethers at various locations across the US.


From corporate non-property team members to our property teams and leaders, we’re looking for collaborative, driven individuals to join us as we continue to expand our presence. 


The Impact You’ll Have


The Systems Support Specialist is responsible for configuring and deploying,  maintaining and supporting software solutions within our technology  environment. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure success in 

onboarding, setup, and maintenance of various systems. This role involves overseeing property management software, managing project timelines, and providing technical support. 



What You'll Do
  • Set up, configure, maintain and become an SME on the following systems: 
  • Microsoft technologies including O365 administration  
  • Hardware Procurement 
  • Hotel PMS systems (Apaleo) 
  • Channel manager and GDS connections (Siteminder) 
  • Guest journey and comms (HubSpot) 
  • Pre-check (Autohost) 
  • Internet booking engine (Detco) 
  • Revenue solutions (Flyr) 
  • Housekeeping (Breezeway) 
  • OTA configuration (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia) 
  • Credit card processing (Adyen) 

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for all systems, own user adds, moves and changes, and conduct software audits in alignment with the appropriate cadence
  • Project manage, sequence, troubleshoot and support issues with all systems listed above utilizing a creative problem-solving mindset across concurrent property set-ups and existing properties 
  • Systems Onboarding and Training: Lead the onboarding process for site and unit build with other departments 
  • Quality Assurance: Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during implementation
  • Documentation: Maintain and create detailed documentation of configurations, processes and best practices as well as user guides and training materials
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, support, sales) to align project goals, communicating effectively with all clients and internal/external stakeholders
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
  • Additional duties and responsibilities, as assigned


What It Takes
  • Comfort with navigating and learning new systems. 
  • Experience with configuring systems
  • Excellent independent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Prior experience with any of the software including O365, Apaleo, Hubspot and Breezeway 
  • Prior experience with hotel, multi-family or property management software is preferred. 
  • Prior experience with hospitality software systems  
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. 
  • Proven experience in software implementation, configuration, or project management. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
