Sustainability Specialist

What you will do as a Sustainability Specialist @Plaisio:

✅ Develop, implement, and monitor sustainability strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
✅ Facilitate effective and efficient operation of the company’s sustainability framework and reporting processes.
✅ Conduct compliance assessments with relevant sustainability and ESG standards, including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).
✅ Oversee sustainability reporting and disclosures in line with legal requirements and international best practices.
✅ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate ESG factors into corporate decision-making and operations.
✅ Track and analyze sustainability trends, legislation, and global best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
✅ Support the preparation of ESG-related reports, including data collection, validation, and reporting to key stakeholders.
✅ Ensure effective stakeholder engagement, fostering a culture of sustainability across the organization.

How you match:

✅Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business, or a related field (ESG-related background preferred).
✅ 2+ years of experience in sustainability & ESG
✅ Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work across teams
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
✅ Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders.
✅ Demonstrated ability to keep up-to-date with evolving sustainability trends and regulations.
