Platinum Technologies currently has an opportunity for an experienced Portfolio Manager to help develop emerging technologies for special operator Develop emerging technologies for special operator requirements
This role is HYBRID. Located at MacDill AFB, Tampa, Florida. Candidate must hold an active TS/SCI clearance.
What you get to do.
•Manage and prioritize the portfolio to align with USSOCOM's strategic goals.
•Conduct regular portfolio reviews and audits to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
•Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the portfolio.
•Develop and deliver presentations and reports to senior leadership.
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
•Foster continuous improvement and innovation within the portfolio management processes.
•Develop, implement, and maintain portfolio management processes and frameworks.
•Oversee the lifecycle of various projects and programs, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
•Collaborate with stakeholders across financial management, operations, and logistics to ensure effective resource allocation and risk management.
•Provide strategic guidance to project managers and teams.
•Monitor portfolio performance, report on progress, and make recommendations for improvements.
•Ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) policies and standard.
Required Skills.
•Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology or related field of study.
•Minimum of 7 years of experience in portfolio, program, or project management within the DoD or related sectors.
•Active TS/SCI Clearance
•PMP or PgMP certification.
•Experience with USSOCOM or other Special Operations Forces (SOF) components.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
•Strong understanding of DoD financial management, operations, and logistics processes.
•Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
