PDT Partners is seeking an exceptional Program Manager/Business Analyst to join our BusOps Platform team. We own the end-to-end tech stack supporting PDT's critical business operations and company-wide financial data platform.
Our systems are central to PDT's success, and power everything from trading-critical real-time messaging systems to large-scale batch processing of financial datasets. This role offers unique exposure to nearly every aspect of our business and the opportunity to drive high-impact, firm-wide initiatives that shape how PDT operates.

The salary range for this role is between $150,000 and $175,000. This range is not inclusive of any potential bonus amounts. Factors that may impact the agreed upon salary within the range for a particular candidate include years of experience, level of education obtained, skill set, and other external factors.
