Servicing Transfer Analyst

This position is responsible for tracking, coordination and payment reconciliation of bulk, mini-bulk and flow servicing transfer transactions between Plaza sub-servicers and new servicers and/or their designated sub-servicers.  This role is full-time and is non-exempt.  This position has no supervisory responsibilities and reports to the Vice-President of Loan Servicing.

• Provide service release profiles for new investors and services to Plaza sub-servicers 
• Coordinate communication between new servicer and sub-servicers on scheduled service releases
• Timely communication with new servicers/investors, borrowers and other authorized parties regarding missing mortgage and escrow payment/discrepancies
• Reconcile and collect payments due to Plaza
• Reconcile and refund payments due to new servicer
• Other duties as assigned

• 1+ years in a mortgage servicing environment
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA and Private Investor guidelines
• Proficiency with computers and software such as Mircosoft Office (Excel, V-lookups, sum-if and other formulas, Word, Outlook)
• Experience in a team-oriented environment
• Capability of handling and meeting deadlines, and prioritizing in fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• 1+ years in a mortgage servicing environment
• Knowledge of mortgage accounting, investor reporting and cash management processes and procedures
