Postscript is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Technician/Specialist to join our IT team. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone looking to build their career in IT with a strong focus on macOS and Apple hardware. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to, triaging, and resolving IT Help Desk tickets, assisting with day-to-day IT requests, and providing technical support to end users. You will also manage basic administrative tasks in various IT systems, such as Google Workspace, Slack, and other tools.
