Preferred Search Group is partnering with a private dental office in Scotts Valley. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join the team. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing patient appointments
• Explaining treatment plans
• Handle new patient calls, providing excellent customer service
• Discussing financial options, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and the dental team 
• Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
