Prelim is seeking a results driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and be at the forefront of fintech, helping to increase access to banking for millions of people.
As a Business Development Manager at Prelim, you will be able to craft and shape out product expansion strategy and execute on new business initiatives.
You will:- Focus on driving distribution of Prelim's product lines through partnerships with financial institutions i.e. banks, credit unions, and other related organizations
- Lead all aspects of deal execution with independence and autonomy: identifying and prioritizing new product lines, meeting with financial partners, business case development, closing/signing, and product launch
- Partner with internal teams, spanning Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Legal, and more
- Be accountable for the profit and loss of your product line
You may be a fit for this role if you have:- An MBA or JD graduate from a top U.S. University
- A passion for improving access to financial services coupled with a relentless drive to execute on our mission
- 3+ years experience in signing, launching, and growing businesses or business lines
- Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional, high stakes initiatives
- Strategic thinking with ability to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills both written and verbal
- A love for working in a fast-pace environment and taking the initiative to get stuff done and try something new
- A commitment to working in a collaborative environment, working together as a team
$110,000 - $130,000 a year
