Quality Assurance Representative

Procon Consulting, a fast-growing professional services firm in McLean, VA with expertise in providing program and project management for design and construction, project controls, commissioning, construction-related technology, and facilities management, seeks a Quality Assurance Representative to join our expanding team. This role will be based in  Hazle Township, Pennsylvania. This position is 100% on-site.

Required Qualifications:

·         Applicant shall have extensive experience performing field inspections of the full range of construction

·         activities necessary to construct the project and support necessary contract administration tasks. Direct

·         construction oversight experience may be substituted with experience in environmental fieldwork

·         experience.

·         Applicant must have 5 to 10 years of experience in a wide range of construction activities and/or

·         environmental fieldwork activities.

·         Applicant must have a minimum 3 years of quality assurance/quality control experience in the

·         engineering/construction industry.

·         Proficient knowledge of Bluebeam software, CADD, and other engineering tools.

·         Familiarity with industry quality standards and regulations.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Preferred Qualifications:

·         Experience with CERCLA remedial-action projects.

·         Certification in Quality Management, such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Construction Quality

·         Manager (CQM), OSHA-30

·         Experience with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, RS Means Data

Skills & Competencies:

·         Attention to detail.

·         Construction document plan reading and interpretation.

·         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·         Ability to collaborate and work well in team settings.

·         Strong understanding of statistical process control, process mapping, and root cause analysis.
