We’re seeking a HR Operations Analyst to join our team.Proper is seeking an HR Operations Analyst who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and outstanding organizational skills. Role description
  • The HR Operations Analyst will be responsible for:
  • The HR Operations Analyst focuses on analyzing and improving HR processes by collecting, managing, and interpreting
  • HR data. They ensure the accuracy and efficiency of HR operations, create and maintain HR documentation, and provide actionable insights to improve policies, compliance, and workforce planning.


Required Skills
  • Hard/technical skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite.
  • HRIS systems.
  • Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Advanced English proficiency

  • Soft skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Advanced data analysis and visualization expertise.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.


Nice to Have Skills
  • HRIS Systems (Deel, Rippling)


Degree
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.


Years of Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
