CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Research and Analysis
· Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and target clients.
· Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to refine strategies.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
· Identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
· Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
Assistance with sales and agreements:
· Coordinate with marketing teams to create campaigns that attract potential clients.
· Assist with creation of proposals and presentations
· Keep agreements in compliance for company and follow-up with customers for renewals
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
· Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
· Provide insights and suggestions for improving business development strategies.
ELIGIBILITY
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
· Experience in the IT or software services industry is highly desirable.
REQUIRED SKILL SET
· 2-4 years of experience in business development in the technology or IT services sector.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
· Number of new clients acquired.
· Revenue generated from new and existing clients.
· Conversion rate of leads to successful deals.
