What we’re looking for:

 

We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join the People team as a Maternity cover for 12 months to support all aspects of recruitment across the business. Reporting directly into the Head of People and working closely with the People Team, you will work as a stand-alone recruiter to ensure the end-to-end process runs as efficiently as possible.  

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle for multiple roles at once on an international scale 
  • Using LinkedIn recruiter to directly source candidates 
  • Screening CV’s and conducting interviews, using appropriate recruitment and selection tools to assess performance 
  • Posting jobs to relevant job boards, leveraging expertise to recommend new avenues to attract candidates 
  • Working with our internal recruiter to ensure the correct process is followed when hiring for new roles 
  • Supporting hiring managers with the creation and maintenance of job specs for open roles 
  • Scheduling of first and second round interviews with hiring managers 
  • Providing weekly updates to the hiring managers and HR Manager on recruitment activity and current pipeline 
  • Liaising with agency recruiters as and when needed to meet hiring targets 
  • Maintaining and managing all candidate data in the company’s ATS, Workable 

What you need:

 

  • 2+ years of internal recruitment experience 
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems, experience with Workable would be an advantage 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong decision-making skills 
  • Experience in start-up environment a plus
