ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Executive Assistant, you will be vital in managing schedules, handling communications, and supporting the entrepreneur in day-to-day operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Email Management: Organize and prioritize the entrepreneur’s email inbox, ensuring timely responses and highlighting important messages.
- Calendar Coordination: Schedule and manage all meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements effectively.
- Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other essential documents as needed.
- Task Management: Track ongoing projects and ensure tasks are completed on time by coordinating with other team members.
- Research: Conduct research on various topics to support business initiatives and decision-making.
- Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, maintaining professionalism and fostering positive relationships.
- Administrative Support: Oversee general administrative duties to maintain organization and efficiency.
- Travel Management: Book flights, hotels, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Financial Administration: Pay bills, manage invoices, and oversee expense tracking.
- Task & Project Coordination: Utilize tools like Asana, Slack, and other management platforms to keep tasks organized and ensure timely follow-ups.
- General Life Management: Assist with a variety of personal tasks to help manage a busy, multifaceted schedule.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana and communication platforms like Slack.
