We are looking for a business savvy t-shaped marketing specialist to take responsibility for our Marketing Delivery Centre and our Website Operations teams. The primary role is being our website owner and owner of our digital marketing deliveries, including overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our martech stack, including the HubSpot platform. Furthermore, you will help manage our digital distribution channels, including email/newsletter, search, social, marketing funnel, and martech integrations.

Central role in our Global Brand, Design and Marketing Team

As our Head of Digital Operations, you play an important role in our global Brand, Marketing and External Communication team, which is responsible for our brand and design deliveries and for driving company-wide strategic and positioning and marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will make a real impact as you collaborate closely with our global teams to optimise our deliveries from two of our delivery teams in Chennai, India.


Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Lead a team of 12 colleagues, of which 11 are based in Chennai, India. The team consists of 6 marketing operations and content specialists and 6 website operations specialists.
  • Manage our HubSpot Marketing & Operations Hub, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and goals.
  • Create and maintain seamless integrations between HubSpot and our martech stack, with emphasis on our Microsoft CRM system. Ensuring a high level of data integrity and accuracy.
  • Monitor and improve data health in HubSpot. Enforce data governance and improve marketing data.
  • Work with global and local marketing teams to optimize HubSpot's capabilities across campaigns, workflows, and content. Utilize segmentation, personalization, and automation features for enhanced engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams on aligning marketing and sales efforts for improved lead handover and customer experience.
  • Develop our tracking and reporting capabilities; analysing data to optimize performance, identify areas for improvement, and allocate resources. Supporting our broader marketing team by extracting actionable insights.
  • Work with our Marketing team to develop and optimize various digital distribution channels, including website, email/newsletter and more.

About you

  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational B2B company or from an agency/consultancy.
  • Experience of managing lead and data sharing between Marketing and Sales departments.
  • Detailed understanding of Marketing and CRM integrations, how to manage lead handovers and establish data governance between teams and systems.
  • Skilled people manager with previous experience of managing offshore teams.
  • 3-5 years of demonstrable, hands-on experience with HubSpot, and experience managing HubSpot and CRM integrations, preferably MS Dynamics.
  • A thorough understanding and interest in business processes and how to align marketing and sales activities with the broader commercial objectives of an organization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal in English.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to create and analyze reports and interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, excelling both independently and in team settings.
