Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Social Media & Lead Strategist to support our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Facebook accounts, executing (DM) marketing strategies, building lead and email lists, and maintaining our CRM system to track communications and leads. Your contributions will play a key role in helping home service businesses generate qualified leads through data-driven marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facebook Account Management & DM Marketing Strategy Execution
Managing multiple Facebook accounts involves executing targeted DM marketing campaigns to maximize outreach and lead generation. Each account will be strategically used to connect with potential prospects through personalized direct messages. The strategist will identify and engage with prospects based on their activity in Facebook groups, pages, or discussions. By fostering meaningful conversations and addressing queries, the goal is to drive traffic to the website and encourage prospects to book an appointment.
2. B2B Email List Building & Database Management
The role involves creating and building a B2B database of potential prospects in the home services industry. Using provided guidelines and specified channels, the strategist will collect, verify, and organize prospect information for targeted email marketing campaigns. The goal is to ensure a high-quality, accurate email list that maximizes outreach and enhances lead generation efforts.
3. CRM Management & Communication Tracking
Involves using a CRM system to store and manage all customer and lead data, including their status and pipeline stages. The system acts as a central hub for tracking and organizing leads from initial contact to conversion, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, such as contact details, interactions, and lead status. This allows for timely follow-ups and effective movement of leads through the pipeline, optimizing communication and relationship management throughout the marketing process.
5. Analytical & Organizational Skills:
Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and maintain organized systems for tracking leads and communications. Capacity to manage multiple tasks, accounts, and pipelines efficiently.
Required Skills:
1. Social Media & DM Marketing Expertise: Strong skills in managing Facebook accounts, executing DM marketing campaigns, and engaging with prospects effectively through personalized messaging. Understanding how to leverage Facebook groups, pages, and discussions for lead generation is key.
2. B2B Lead Generation & Database Management: Ability to research and build high-quality B2B email lists by gathering accurate prospect information, verifying data, and maintaining an organized database. Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality.
3. CRM Management: Proficient in CRM tools means effectively managing and organizing customer and lead data, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible. This includes tracking the lead's status and progression through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to conversion. By monitoring each lead's stage and setting reminders for timely follow-ups, you ensure that no lead is overlooked.
4. Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to nurture relationships with potential prospects through personalized outreach, whether via social media or email.
