What you will do:
We are looking for an experienced PPC Specialist to join our client's remote team on a full-time basis. You will manage multiple ad campaigns across various platforms, optimize performance, and play a key role in client communication and strategy development
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 10 to 20 Google Ads accounts weekly, optimizing performance and driving ROI.
- Develop and execute strategies for Google Ads, with optional involvement in Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads.
- Handle client-facing tasks, including calls, queries, and building strong relationships.
- Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and ensure effective conversion tracking.
- Prepare and deliver concise weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with team members to suggest and implement new ideas, tests, and improvements.
- Manage onboarding calls with new clients to establish metrics and goals.
- Conduct monthly client check-ins via Zoom to provide performance updates.
- Audit and optimize Google Ads accounts, creating strategic plans to enhance campaign performance.
- Educate clients about campaign strategies and results during collaborative sessions.
- Must-Have:
- Google Ads Certification (current and valid).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Google Ads-focused role.
- Proven agency-side experience managing multiple clients/accounts.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Confidence in presenting insights and strategies to both clients and team members.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Swydo for reporting.

- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
- Familiarity with SEO, CRO, web design, or landing page optimization.

- Salary: 2,000 -2,500 USD monthly
