Communications Associate

REBORRN is a management consultancy based in London and Athens. We're on the hunt for a creative and self-driven Communications Associate to take REBORRN’s brand to the next level. 💪 What will your day-to-day look like?
You’ll be working in a vibrant environment, so you can never expect just another typical day at work. It’s definitely not your comfort zone, but you’ll never be bored — that’s a promise. And it doesn’t stop there. You’ll always be welcome to explore different departments within REBORRN and jump into cool projects that align with your personal interests. At REBORRN, we are big fans of cross-functional collaboration!

You will split your time & attention between the following:

• Keeping REBORRN’s brand collaterals, internal Wiki, and online presence up to date.
• Creating and managing content for our social media channels, website, and publications.
• Assisting the team with original content creation, including case studies and articles.
• Supporting event management activities.
• Drafting and distributing press releases.
• Managing social media ad campaigns.

😇 Who are you?
You’ve spent 2-3 years mastering the art of communications, whether internally or externally, and you're ready to take it to the next level—no matter the industry. Your degree? Not a deal-breaker. What truly matters is this:

• You love writing and telling stories through any medium, and you’re a confident English communicator, both in writing and speaking.
• With a sharp eye for detail, your copywriting is both impactful and persuasive, and you know exactly how to craft messages that resonate.
• You have a genuine interest in how large organisations operate, and the idea of creating communication plans that drive change excites you.
• Your comfort zone includes surfing through the unknown. You take ownership and don’t wait to be asked to act. You are an initiator at heart and enjoy challenging yourself.
• You are a natural when it comes to managing different projects and stakeholders, and you get things done — you don’t take ‘no’ for an answer.

• Just as you are a master of your craft, you are a master of your time and schedule. You're autonomous and work well under tight deadlines.
• You are tech-savvy, and you constantly wonder how technology and new tools can make your life easier. You are curious by design and proactive! We are team players so: company>team>self. Knowing how to stand independently and be self-organized is important too.
• Last but not least, you care. At REBORRN, we don’t accept the “that’s not my job” mentality. If someone spills coffee on the floor, you grab a mop and clean it up.
