The Brand Planning and POS Specialist will support the overall marketing operations within the RBNA-Brand team. This role is critical for ensuring clear processes, organization, and project management to drive success. The Specialist will manage the Point of Sale (POS) and in-store messaging processes, from strategy development to alignment with Brand, Trade Marketing, and Sales. As the single source of truth for POS matters within the Brand team, the Specialist will streamline processes, ensure proper documentation, uphold brand standards, and drive efficiencies across RBNA. Additionally, the Specialist will manage all internal communications regarding POS, coordinating with RBNA Trade Marketing and creative agencies to communicate Red Bull’s brand standards and strategies effectively.
DEVELOPMENT OF PREMIUM BRAND AT RETAIL
Ensure all POS assets adhere to brand standards for consumer activation campaigns, product adjacencies, beverage initiatives, and shopper marketing programs.
Liaise with creative agencies and print production partners to maintain consistency with brand standards.
Support clean-store policy programs between Product and Shopper Marketing.
Assist in POS planning, strategy, and ad-hoc development for 360 campaigns, retailtainment, and pop-up store projects.
Coordinate creative testing for National pillars, Regional campaigns, Always-on Occasions, Big Moments, and select Shopper marketing initiatives.
Oversee the commercialization of the annual In-Store Messaging calendar, ensuring timely delivery and execution of POS suites.
Manage key visual approvals for POS execution and coordinate with Trade Marketing for the mechanical development process.
Maintain a catalog of approved brand key visuals across all RBNA systems and initiatives.
BRAND PLANNING & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Provide project management support for cross-functional brand planning initiatives, including document creation and system management.
Manage the internal shared drive to track and organize cross-functional projects.
Synthesize and manage timelines and process documents for brand projects, including Long Lead Initiatives and Brand Business Planning.
Collaborate with the Brand Sell deck team to integrate POS updates into internal communication tools.
Maintain RBNA Off and On Premise POS catalogs with high attention to detail.
Keep the annual In-Store Messaging calendar and associated platforms updated and engage with national and field teams regularly.
INNOVATION AND SUSTAINABILITY
Facilitate ongoing store checks with comprehensive recaps and action plans.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews of cross-functional programs at national and regional levels.
Conduct S.W.O.T. analysis for Brand POS programs and lead analysis of Brand trade execution.
Lead competitive analysis for activations within the trade to inspire and inform RBNA strategies.
Evaluate the success of the ZONE approach and its application to various retail environments.
2+ years of experience in the consumer goods industry with exposure to retailers.
Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills for cross-department networking.
Conscientious with strong attention to detail and a self-starting attitude.
Creative mindset with a willingness to question and improve the status quo.
Technical knowledge of POS production (print, permanent, temporary) preferred.
Experience working with agencies or production suppliers preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $65,600 to $98,400 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
