Description:
• Manage a book of business of Aetna Funding Advantage (AFA) and 51-100 Fully Insured, along with dental/vision.
• Act as the liaison between Brokers/GAs and cross-functional internal teams.
• Responsible for ensuring timely/successful delivery of customer renewals.
• Manage timely support for broker/customer inquiries.
• Required to communicate with internal and external parties telephonically and/or in person.
• May require travel to offsite locations for in-person meetings and training.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of client relationship experience within the Heath Insurance Industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Health & Life Insurance license.
• Medical, Dental and Pharmacy product experience.
• 2+ years Account Management, Health Insurance Industry experience.
