Job Summary

A company is looking for an HCM Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage business relationships with current customers to identify opportunities for HCM solutions
• Develop comprehensive understanding of client needs and deliver impactful presentations to highlight additional value
• Utilize Salesforce.com to manage client accounts and sales funnel, ensuring achievement of assigned goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience selling SaaS and HCM/HR software solutions preferred
• Proven relationship building and client service skills
• Experience with Salesforce.com and virtual selling tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple engagements effectively
