Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator - Pre-Employment Background Screening - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and adjudicate candidate background reports to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Conduct monthly audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the Compliance Team as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Three (3) years or more in a related field and/or Human Resources required
  • Strong knowledge in HR Compliance, Recruiting, or Staffing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programs: Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint
