Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers, agents, and clients in the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, agents, and clients via phone and web to address insurance-related inquiries and follow up on outstanding issues
• Assist in problem resolution to meet insurance requirements and accurately enter information into the system
• Process policies and related documents efficiently while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least six months of customer service-related experience
• Fluency in English and Spanish (speaking, spelling, and grammar)
