Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to manage patient referrals and documentation in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter referrals accurately and within established timeframes while meeting productivity and quality standards
• Communicate with referral sources and ensure proper documentation is routed for physician signatures
• Review medical records for compliance and assist with regional team functions as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• One year of experience in healthcare administration, customer service, claims, billing, or call center roles
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, IV, or HH environment is preferred
• Proficiency in navigating multiple online EMR systems
• Understanding of payer guidelines and clinical documentation
