Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist to manage invoicing and support account management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete invoicing for agency bill items and ensure compliance with workflows and service standards
• Provide support to account servicing teams regarding invoicing requests and account setup
• Review and resolve discrepancies in direct billing and coordinate with the accounting team for corrections

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a corporate office environment
• Some college education preferred
• Previous accounting experience or education preferred
• Experience with Applied Systems EPIC preferred
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute work activities independently
