Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage inbound calls in a timely manner, collecting information and entering it into the system.
• Ensure a smooth rental/reservation process for potential customers.
• Knowledge of processes and policies to create a successful interaction with current or future customers.
• Full understanding of the billing process and be able to process payments.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1– 3 years of customer service experience in a Call Center environment preferred or customer sales-oriented position such as retail sales, restaurant, front desk, hotel, car rental, or other hospitality roles.
• Internet service that meets system needs and a separate workplace.
• Type 30 WPM or more
• Have a professional phone manner & ability to work independently.
• Maintain customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate patience and professionalism.
• Ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain harmonious relationships with customers in person and over the phone.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The job requires a person to work weekends and holidays as needed.
