Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager (West Coast).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire client relationship lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing support
• Articulate the value proposition of the product to property management representatives and tenants
• Proactively resolve customer inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to address client needs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Customer Relationship, or Operations experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong analytical capabilities to understand client needs and develop strategies
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and in teams
• Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
