Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Business Analyst Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist project/program manager in monitoring and coordinating implementation of systems
  • Lead requirements analysis, validation, and verification to ensure completeness and clarity
  • Develop training materials and conduct training on new system implementations
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a business analyst role, particularly in claims systems implementations
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field preferred; equivalent experience and certifications considered
  • Deep knowledge of the insurance industry, especially in Claims, Underwriting, and Financial operations
  • Prior experience in insurance operations, particularly with claims, is required
  • Understanding of insurance needs for municipalities and educational organizations is a plus
