Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst II to support the administration of compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participates in salary surveys and prepares ad hoc analysis for compensation programs
  • Evaluates salary data, conducts job pricing, and recommends base salary changes
  • Acts as an internal consultant on compensation programs and ensures compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or Mathematics preferred
  • Three or more years of experience in compensation required
  • Experience with Workday HCM and Compensation modules preferred
  • Working towards Compensation (CCP) and/or Global Remuneration (GRP) certification
  • Comprehensive knowledge of legal issues regarding compensation required
