Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Teaming Agreements
• Monitor and report on contract funding and financial status
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and project management teams to ensure seamless contract execution

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship - Clearable
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Paralegal Studies, Contract Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in federal contract management
• In-depth knowledge of federal contracting regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS)
• Proven experience with NDA, Teaming Agreement, and subcontract management
