Risk Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Compliance Manager to provide support for in-house legal and compliance functions within a healthcare nonprofit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and maintain oversight of open litigation matters and significant legal disputes
  • Coordinate the collection of documents and monitor case progression, ensuring leadership is informed of developments
  • Review contract management practices and ensure compliance with vendor agreements and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in legal operations, risk management, or compliance in a relevant setting
  • Strong knowledge of litigation processes and experience with outside counsel
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements, including HIPAA and BAAs
  • Experience managing vendor contracts and tracking compliance documentation
  • Direct experience supporting enterprise risk management functions
