Internship Overview
We are looking for a Legal Intern who’s passionate about legal research, tech policies, education compliance, and intellectual property law. You’ll work directly with the core team to shape legal frameworks, policies, and contracts.
Responsibilities
• Research Indian laws around edtech, user data, verification protocols, and platform liability
• Assist in drafting Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and internal agreements
• Support in legal vetting of user-facing content and features
• Work on partnership contracts, NDAs, and vendor/legal compliance docs
• Ensure Baoiam’s platform operations align with data protection and regulatory standards
✅ Requirements
• 3rd year or above law student (5-year course) or final year (3-year course)
• Strong interest in EdTech, IP law, and digital compliance
• Solid research and contract drafting skills
• Familiarity with the Indian IT Act, the Indian Contract Act, and privacy frameworks
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
