A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to support clients and enhance their experience with the services offered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and emails to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Respond to client inquiries for user support while providing excellent service
  • Perform outbound outreach to drive adoption of services and assist customers in growing their business
Required Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in a customer support environment
  • Experience with customer support software such as Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to handle 40+ calls a day
  • A passion for helping others succeed and a positive attitude
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team setting
