Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a resource for emerging markets customers, collaborating with a team of CSMs and AMs
  • Own a book of business (~400 customers) and engage proactively to drive customer value-realization
  • Work collaboratively across teams to identify value and revenue opportunities for customers
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years in a Customer Success Management role required, experience in Shared Success or technical teams is a plus
  • BA/BS or equivalent education required
  • Power user/expertise in Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace/GSuite, and CRM systems required
  • Experience in B2B SaaS required
  • Experience with Jira/ticketing, Gong, and data dashboards preferred
